The 2026 Culture & Engagement Symposium brings together employees, leaders, culture champions, and ERG advocates to explore practical strategies that strengthen organizational culture, improve the employee experience, and boost engagement across the system. Through peer-driven learning and real-world insights, attendees will acquire actionable skills in data storytelling, employee engagement, leadership development, and ERG operations.

Professionals involved in organizational culture, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce experience, and employee resource groups (ERGs).

Learning Objectives
