TeamSTEPPS Master Training Course
This course will teach participants all the TeamSTEPPS tools and skills - what they are, how to use them, and how to train others. This 2-day in-person course utilizes a "train-the-trainer" approach with games, scenarios and activities. This approach allows participants to experience the TeamSTEPPS content, develop skills to create training strategies, and develop a plan to use TeamSTEPPS to create meaningful change.
Class Dates: Please note that the class will be held over two days, on April 24 0830-1630 & April 25 0830-1610
Target Audience
Registered Nurses, LPNs/LVNs, APRNs, PCAs, Social Workers and all Others.

Nursing Learning Outcome:
Upon completion of this activity the RN is expected to express an increase in their knowledge and skills related to effective communication among team members as indicated by their feedback on the post activity evaluation tool.
