Overview
The AP Grand Rounds and the evening counterpart, AP Lecture, are longstanding and integral components of Houston Methodist's educational landscape, tailored specifically for APRNs and RNs in diverse settings.
The core objective of orchestrating these events for advanced practice nurses is to enhance their clinical knowledge, advocate for evidence-based practice, and foster collaboration among healthcare professionals. This is achieved through a thoughtfully curated selection of topics relevant to advanced nursing practice, featuring expert speakers, and encouraging interactive discussions. The overarching goal is to create a dynamic learning environment that empowers advanced practice nurses to stay abreast of the latest research, innovations, and best practices, ultimately leading to improved patient care outcomes and elevated standards in healthcare delivery.
