Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
- Recognize the spectrum of kidney involvement in COVID Disease and Vaccination for patients with renal symptoms.
- Describe the emerging field of machine learning and artificial intelligence and its role in the management of kidney disease.
- Examining the current practice guidelines for preemptive and living donor transplantation .
- Describe new innovations in dialysis patient education and efforts to optimize and maximize the application of living donation in the care of dialysis and CKD patients.
- Identify barriers at patient, family and the provider level that limits pursuit of transplant and living donation.
