TMC Collaborative: Medical-Surgical Certification Review Course
Medical-surgical nurses today are called upon to provide competent patient care for increasingly complex patients and diverse populations. This Medical-Surgical Certification Review course reviews anatomy and physiology, highlights advancements in evidence-based practice, and reinforces standards of quality patient care.

Registered nurses seeking certification in medical-surgical nursing.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this course, the nurse will be better prepared to demonstrate clinical knowledge on a medical-surgical board-certification examination.
Nursing Learning Outcome:
On completion of this activity, nurses will report increased confidence in sitting the medical-surgical examination based on the enhanced knowledge of medical surgical pathophysiology and treatments. They will identify at least one new learning that they will apply to their practice as reflected in the post activity survey.
