Target Audience

Registered Nurses, Patient Care Assistants 

Learning Objectives

Upon concluding this activity, nurses will report an enhancement in both knowledge and skills concerning the narration of care and its influence on the patient experience, as articulated in the post-activity evaluation tool. Furthermore, they will adeptly apply their newfound knowledge and skills in the real-world work environment, as substantiated by leadership observation audit data and patient satisfaction scores.
