Optimizing Team Performance in Maternal Cardiac Arrest" is a specialized  training program designed to equip healthcare professionals with the critical skills needed to manage maternal cardiac arrest effectively. Through immersive, hands-on simulations using a high-fidelity pregnant mannequin, learners will gain practical experience in handling the complexities of resuscitation in pregnant patients. The program emphasizes the importance of teamwork, communication, and swift, evidence-based interventions, providing participants with the knowledge and confidence to optimize outcomes in these high-stakes, time-sensitive situations.
