At the end of this course, participants will be able to:   

1. Identify ACOG and SMFM recommendations regarding timely treatment of severe hypertension

2. Recognize the treatment in the postpartum period and blood pressure threshold 

3. Define the recommended timing for follow-up for severe and non-severe HTN

4. Identify when to consult with MFM or cardiology.

5. Explain when to use the SFLT ratio.
